2. CASA CONDOMINIO RESIDENZA: 33 Charles St., east of Yonge St. Builder: Cresford Developments. A 46-storey, all-glass building and a five-storey podium, with 407 units. Prices: from $253,900 for 495 sq. ft. to $679,900 for 1,204 sq. ft. Penthouses not yet released. Fees: 42 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: more than 80 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: October.

3. COUTURE: Southwest corner of Bloor and Jarvis Sts. Builder: Monarch. A 44-storey, mostly glass building with 459 units. Prices: from $271,490 for 590 sq. ft. to $552,990 for 977 sq. ft. Fees: 45 cents per sq. ft. Sales: more than 50 per cent sold. Status: construction not started. Occupancy: March 2011


4 . X THE CONDOMINIUM: 110 Charles St. E., northwest corner of Jarvis St. Builder: Great Gulf Homes. A 44-storey, 420-unit, glass building. Prices: from $263,900 for 545 sq. ft. to $539,990 for 1,063 sq. ft. Fees: 42 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: more than 76 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: March 2010

5. JAMES COOPER MANSION: Linden St., west of Sherbourne St., south of Bloor St. Builder: Tridel Corp. A 32-storey building with four condominium townhouses. The restored historical James Cooper Mansion will house the site's amenities. Prices: from $412,000 for 855 sq. ft. to $1.11 million for 2,080 sq. ft. Fees: 48 cents per sq. ft., plus heat, hydro and water. Sales: over 75 per cent sold. Status: construction not started. Occupancy: summer 2010

6 . CLEAR SPIRIT CONDOMINIUMS: South of Mill St., west of Cherry St. Builder: Cityscape Development Corp. and Dundee Realty. A 40-storey glass tower with 341 units and a brick podium. Prices: from $251,900 for 596 sq. ft. to $669,900 for 1,110 sq. ft. Fees: 48 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: more than 70 per cent sold. Status: construction not started. Occupancy: June 2010.

7. 22 CONDOMINIUMS: 22 Wellesley St. E. Builder: H & R Lanterra. A 23-storey, 163-unit, glass/precast concrete building. Prices: $355,900 for 802 sq. ft. to $402,900 for 917 sq. ft. Fees: 38 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Occupancy: immediate

8. VERVE: North side of Wellesley St., between Jarvis St. and Sherbourne St. Builder: Tridel Corp. A 39-storey, 358-unit, glass and precast concrete point tower and an adjoining seven-storey building with 86 loft units. Prices: tower, from $399,000 for 823 sq. ft. to $790,000 for 1,572 sq. ft.; lofts, from $375,000 for 770 sq. ft. to $800,000 for 1,605 sq. ft. Fees: 35 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro, water and heat. Sales: 90 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy:2008 July.

9. THE STEAM PLANT LOFTS: 10 Wellesley Place, east of Jarvis St., north of Wellesley St. Builder: Aykler Developments. A six-storey, 31-unit, brick conversion of an existing three-storey building. Prices: from $189,900 for 410 sq. ft. to $409,900 for 820 sq. ft. Fees: about 38 cents per sq. ft., plus heat and hydro. Sales: eight left. Status: under construction. Occupancy: 2008 spring.

10. THE 500 ON SHERBOURNE: Sherbourne St., south of Bloor St. Builder: Times Group. Corp. A 34-storey, 362-unit, mostly glass building. Prices: from $211,900 for 498 sq. ft. to $1.158 million for 2,584 sq. ft. Fees: 37 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: 70 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: December 2009.

11. EAST LOFTS: 275 King St. E. at Princess St. Builder: Harhay Construction. A 13-storey, 129-unit, glass, steel and brick building. Prices: from $294,900 for 655 sq. ft. to $1.15 million for 1,928 sq. ft. Fees: 34 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: about 90 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: September 2008.

12. EDGE LOFTS: 625 Queen St E., west of Broadview Ave. Builder: Streetcar Development Inc. A six-storey, 66-unit, precast concrete and glass building. Prices: from $333,900 for 755 sq. ft. to $469,900 for 1,086 sq. ft. Fees: 33 cent per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: 80 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: 2008 Summer

13. THE GLASSHOUSE: 127 Queen St. E., at Jarvis St. Builder: Glass House Developments. A 12-storey, 86-unit, glass building. Prices: from $249,900 for 588 sq. ft. to $258,900 for 744 sq. ft. Fees: 43 cents per sq. ft., plus heat and hydro. Sales: 90 per cent sold. Status: construction not started. Occupancy: April 2008.

14. LONDON ON THE ESPLANADE: 38 The Esplanade, northeast corner of Scott St. and The Esplanade. Builder: Cityzen Urban Lifestyle. A 33-storey glass building and a 15-storey glass and brick building with 460 units in total, plus a podium with two-storey lofts. Prices: units, from $172,900 for 345 sq. ft. to $566,900 for 1,025 sq. ft.; loft, $618,900 for 1,085 sq. ft. Fees: 35 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: about 95 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: 2008 fall.

15. PURE SPIRIT LOFTS AND CONDOS: Southeast corner of Mill and Parliament Sts., south of Front St. Builder: Cityscape Development Corp. and Dundee Realty. A 32-storey glass point tower and a five- and eight-storey brick podium with 383 units in total. Prices: from $294,900 for 645 sq. ft. to $1.009 million for a penthouse with 1,416 sq. ft. Fees: 42 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: 97 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: 2008 spring.

16. PIER 27: Queens Quay E., just east of Yonge St. Builder: Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen. Phase 1 is two 14-storey, glass and steel buildings with 300 units in total. Phase 2 will be two 14-storey buildings with 405 units in total. Prices: from $357,000 for 563 sq. ft. to $3.86 million for 4,563 sq. ft. Fees: 51 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: Phase 1, 85 per cent sold; Phase 2, 65 per cent sold. Status: construction to start this month. Occupancy: November 2010.

17. REZEN: Northwest corner of Adelaide and Frederick Sts. Builder: Times Group Corp. A 13-storey, 135-unit, glass, steel and brick building. Prices: from $216,900 for 549 sq. ft. to $695.900 for 1,781 sq. ft. Fees: 42 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: about 85 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: August 2008.


18. TANNERY LOFTS: 736 Dundas St. E., east of River St. Builder: Urbancorp. A six-storey, 45-unit, brick warehouse conversion. Prices: from $229,900 for about 500 sq. ft. to about $499,900 for about 900 sq. ft. Fees: about 47 cents per sq. ft. Sales: 85 per cent sold. Status: built and registered. Occupancy: immediate.

19. : Northeast corner of Jarvis and Adelaide Sts. Builder: Aspen Ridge Homes. Two towers, 24 and 15 storeys, plus an eight-storey podium with 524 units in total, and 17 two-storey condominium townhouses. The facades will be mostly glass with brick detail. Prices: from $298,990 for 745 sq. ft. to $1.69 million for a penthouse with 2,582 sq. ft. Fees: about 42 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: more than 85 per cent sold. Status: under construction. Occupancy: spring/summer 2009.

20. CORKTOWN DISTRICT: Southeast corner of Sumach and King Sts. Builder: Streetcar Development Inc. Three six-storey, warehouse-inspired brick, metal and glass buildings with 127 units, plus seven townhouses. Prices: from $272,900 for about 641 sq. ft. to about $679,900 for 1,538 sq. ft. Fees: 40 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: 85 per cent sold. Status: construction to start this winter. Occupancy: 2008 fall.

21. CORKTOWN DISTRICT Phase 2: Southwest corner of King and River Sts. Builder: Streetcar Development Inc. An eight-storey, brick, metal and glass building with 185 units. Prices: from $263,900 for 653 sq. ft. to $549,900 for 1,429 sq. ft. Fees: 44 cents per sq. ft., plus hydro. Sales: 50 per cent sold. Status: construction not started. Occupancy: January 2010
